Yes. As a large employer, Ascen offers a range of benefits to eligible employees on assignment, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D coverage, supplemental insurance options, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
During onboarding, you will receive benefits information outlining the available plans, eligibility requirements, and any costs that may apply.
To be eligible for benefits, employees must be actively working and meet the applicable plan requirements. Please note that the UnitedHealthcare FlexWork Edge Advantage MVP medical plan requires employees to work at least 30 hours per week and maintain full-time status.
