How do I view Invoices?

To view invoices, click "Finance," then "Invoices."

 

Invoices can be filtered by invoice number, client, amount, date, status (draft, open, paid, void, payment processing) and type.

The status tab displays if an invoice has been paid or not (i.e. "open".)

Only late invoices can be viewed by clicking the "late" tab:

The aging tab displays outstanding invoices:

"Period" refers to the time-period that timesheets were submitted for.

 

Total due refers to the complete amount of payment that has yet to be made, while the length that the payment is late is broken up into current, 1-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, > 91 days.
