Critical illness insurance is supplemental coverage that can pay a lump-sum cash benefit directly to you if you are diagnosed with a covered condition. Covered conditions may include certain cancers, heart disease, stroke, organ failure, coma, permanent paralysis, and other serious illnesses.
This plan is separate offering from your medical plan election and is not automatically included when you enroll in medical coverage.
