Who is eligible to enroll in healthcare benefits?

Benefits are available to eligible employees and their eligible legal dependents. Employees must be enrolled in coverage in order to elect dependent coverage.
Eligibility may vary by plan. For example, the UnitedHealthcare FlexWork Edge Advantage Minimum Value Plan requires employees to be classified as full-time and regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week. Eligibility may be reviewed on an ongoing basis and can change if your hours or employment status change.
